Student A: “So, there are lots of different activities in the picture — like basketball, dancing, swimming, chess, and even watching movies. What do you think would be most popular?”
Student B: “Hmm, I think sports like basketball or volleyball would be great, because most teenagers enjoy team games. It’s a good way to make friends and keep fit.”
Student A: “Yes, that’s true. But not everyone likes sports. Some people might prefer something more relaxing, like watching films or playing computer games. It’s a good way to chill after school.”
Student B: “That’s a good point. But if the club only offered movies, people might get bored after a few weeks. Maybe they could have music lessons too, like learning the guitar or singing. Many teenagers love music.”
Student A: “Oh yes, music is a good idea! It’s creative, and you can perform in a small concert at the club. What about swimming? It’s healthy, and lots of schools don’t have pools.”
Student B: “Swimming is fun, but it needs a lot of equipment and space. I think dancing could be easier to organize, and it’s really popular with both boys and girls now.”
Student A: “Yes, dancing is active but not too competitive. I think many people would join. So, should we say dancing would be the most popular activity?”
Student B: “Yes, I agree. It’s fun, energetic, and good for everyone. Dancing would probably attract the most teenagers.”
